1. Nature of the Service

DJ EXTENDED is a promotional music distribution service (DJ Record Pool) exclusive for professional DJs, producers, and music directors. Audio files provided are strictly for promotional use and live performances.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

To use our services, you must be an active professional DJ. By registering, you warrant that the information provided is truthful. You are responsible for your account's confidentiality. You may not share credentials or download content for third parties; the account is personal and non-transferable.

3. Permitted Use and Restrictions

Downloaded music may not be sold, commercially redistributed, or shared on P2P networks. Use is limited to live performances in clubs, festivals, private events, and mixed radio broadcasts. Any use outside this scope will result in immediate account termination without refund.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

We operate on a prepaid subscription model. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the billing date. Due to the nature of downloadable digital goods, we do not offer refunds once the platform has been accessed and payment processed.

5. Limitation of Liability

DJ EXTENDED is not responsible for the improper use of content by the user regarding third parties or rights management societies. The user is responsible for holding the necessary public performance licenses in their jurisdiction.
