1. Nature of the Service
DJ EXTENDED is a promotional music distribution service (DJ Record Pool) exclusive for professional DJs, producers, and music directors. Audio files provided are strictly for promotional use and live performances.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
To use our services, you must be an active professional DJ. By registering, you warrant that the information provided is truthful. You are responsible for your account's confidentiality. You may not share credentials or download content for third parties; the account is personal and non-transferable.
3. Permitted Use and Restrictions
Downloaded music may not be sold, commercially redistributed, or shared on P2P networks. Use is limited to live performances in clubs, festivals, private events, and mixed radio broadcasts. Any use outside this scope will result in immediate account termination without refund.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
We operate on a prepaid subscription model. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the billing date. Due to the nature of downloadable digital goods, we do not offer refunds once the platform has been accessed and payment processed.
5. Limitation of Liability
DJ EXTENDED is not responsible for the improper use of content by the user regarding third parties or rights management societies. The user is responsible for holding the necessary public performance licenses in their jurisdiction.

PRO subscription and automatic renewal
PRO costs Gs. 100,000 per month or Gs. 900,000 per year, charged in Paraguayan guaraníes (PYG). An annual plan is one annual payment. Any USD equivalent is indicative; your bank applies its exchange rate and possible fees. Merchant payment-processing commissions are included in the published price.
By expressly accepting renewal at checkout, you authorize the first payment and subsequent monthly or annual payments through PagoPar/uPay. You may cancel future renewals from My subscription and keep PRO until your paid period ends. A payment already initiated when you cancel will still be verified and recorded.
PRO starts only after payment is confirmed and ends exactly when the paid period expires without a confirmed renewal. There is no grace period. Your account and data remain available on the Free plan. After a definitive renewal rejection we retry at 24 and 72 hours after expiry; access stays Free until another payment is confirmed. A recovered payment starts a new full period on its confirmed payment date. After three failed attempts we stop automatic payments until you request reactivation.
Billing-period changes apply at the next renewal with no immediate prorated charge. Card details are registered in the secure provider form. International availability depends on the approved country, identity document and issuing bank.
